The summer in India for foodies is synonymous with the mango season. Some are meant to be eaten ripe, while others are best when they're had green and raw. It is a loved fruit and hence it is known as the 'King of fruits'.

Mr.Haji Kalimullah Khan is known as the "Mango Man”. He is from  Malihabad and we can find his name in Limca Book of Records for rearing a unique tree in which more than 300 varieties of Mango’s in one tree. Off late, there's a new trend in the market. A new and rare variety of mango has created highlights not only among the common people but even stars. It is known as the "Modi Mango". Mango grower Haji Kalimullah has come out with this variety.

" I had kept the first fruits of the Modi mango solely for the Prime Minister but I do not know how to send them to him. I want to offer him the King of fruits myself and I am confident that he will love it" he says.

Kalimullah is a Padma Shri awardee famous for growing varieties of mango and naming them after celebrities. He has earlier named his mango varieties after Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Sachin Tendulkar.

One mango contains 3grams of dietary fibre which lowers cholesterol and promotes healthful digestion. They are high in vitamin C, with one mango containing 96% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C. It's also an immune- system booster and offers protection from heart and eye diseases.

He has also grown a new all season flowering Guava which on ripening grows as red as the apple.
