Who are the mentors?
The mentors are experts in their respective fields, these professionals are equipped with practical knowledge and the real-time experience of their fields, making them the best sources of advice.
Can I change the session once I booked it?
No, changes cannot be made once a session is booked.
How do I use the coupon code?
At the place of payment, there will be a slot to enter your coupon code. By entering your code there, your payment will be made and you will be directed to the next step.
How will the online sessions be conducted?
The online sessions will be conducted through a webinar. Webinars are a way for participants in many different locations to see and hear a presentation. A webinar typically consists of a moderator, one or more presenters, and the online audience. These videos of sessions can be also saved for later viewing, and will be available till June 30th, 2018.
What kind of equipment do I need?
All you need is a computer with an Internet connection (high-speed service such as DSL or cable works best) and speakers. You may also use a headset instead of speakers or you may listen to the audio by calling the phone number that is included in your confirmation email.
Does it cost anything to participate?
There is no extra cost to attend our webinars. It is included in the package you choose.
What if I can't attend the live webinar, is there any way to watch it later?
The same webinar cannot be repeated, but all our webinars will be recorded and posted on our website for viewing at your convenience.
How do I ask a question during the webinar? Will my question be answered during the presentation?
During each webinar, you can ask a question by typing it into the question box that appears on your webinar screen. We will answer as many questions as possible during the Question and Answer period

What is the difference between offline and online session?
In the offline session the mentors will be addressing a crowd of 50 to 100 where they give insights about the course. The same will be live-streamed in the online session.
Do I get an online access to the mentorship video even if I take offline session?
Yes, You will have the access to the recorded video till 30th June.
As a parent, can I attend the offline session?
Yes, You can book the Career Champion Offline package.
Are the mentors available after the session to interact and clarify doubts?
Depending on the mentor’s availability, many mentors will be available on PassionConnect as a part of the Mentorship Programme. You can connect to them through the platform, after the session for further guidance.
What happens if the mentor, time or venue changes?
As the mentors are professionals working in their respective fields, some changes might be there. In case of any changes in the package we will update you personally; if it is not feasible for you, we would refund your money.
